Standard delivery across the UAE is FREE on every order.

Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available for AED 10.00 at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from when we receive the returned item.

Personalized or custom-configured items are non-refundable unless defective.

STROLLZ warrants the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
