Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; we never store full card details.

Delivery

We ship across the UAE. Standard delivery is free; Express delivery is available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy. Personalized or custom-configured items are non-refundable unless defective.

Warranty

STROLLZ products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STROLLZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
